Lone Star Ag Credit Thanks Denton Customers

DENTON, Texas – More than 125 guests and borrowers of Lone Star Ag Credit's Denton branch office were recently treated to a steak dinner catered by Rohmer's Restaurant in Muenster. It was held at Fossil Pointe Sporting Grounds in Decatur. The lending co-op throws an annual event to thank local customers.

"As a cooperative, we exist to serve our customers who are the owners of the business, and their loyalty drives the co-op's success," said Don Poole, Lone Star credit office president in Denton. "And, as we approach next year's 100th anniversary of the nationwide Farm Credit System, of which we are a part, there's even more reason to celebrate our member-owners."

Lone Star Ag Credit is a rural lending cooperative that has been a reliable source of financing for rural America since 1917. The co-op provides financing for agricultural and recreational real estate, rural homes, equipment, livestock, operating expenses and agribusiness firms.
