Lone Star Ag Credit Secures Lease for Georgetown Location

Lone Star Ag Credit, a 100-year-old rural lending cooperative, recently signed a lease for a Georgetown location. The building, for those familiar with the area, is known as "The Old Candle Factory" even though the factory building has been gone for years. The modern building at that location offers several energy-efficient features and is located at 4411 South Interstate 35.

"The explosive growth coming to Williamson County from Austin is exceeding all expectations," says Justin Wiethorn, Lone Star Ag Credit regional president. "This prompted us to review business opportunities in the region, with a sharp focus on how to meet current and future customer needs. We look forward to opening this Georgetown branch office."

Lone Star Ag Credit anticipates opening the location in October.
