Why Should You Choose Our Cleburne Area Land Loans?

AgTrust Farm Credit is built from its foundation to make sure your best interests and our best interests directly coincide with one another. Our Cleburne area land loans are made to set you up for success because your success fuels ours.

AgTrust takes care of customers first and foremost, because there is no conflict of interest between customer success and shareholder profits. Our customers ARE our owners and shareholders, and so we serve both those interests by bringing your goals to life.

As a customer-owned lending cooperative, we pay out a patronage dividend to our eligible customer owners. Some lenders say they’re in it with you, but we actually make cash payments to prove it. AgTrust Farm Credit paid a $24.1 million patronage dividend to our eligible customer-owners in 2022 alone.

AgTrust Farm Credit’s record of strength, stability, and service to our customers has echoed through many generations of successful Texans, and we’re ready to make you the next success story.
