Lone Star Ag Credit Hosts Awards Scholarships

Fort Worth, Texas - Lone Star Ag Credit is proud to announce the 2009 recipients of the Lone Star Ag Credit Scholarship Program.  Lone Star Ag Credit believes in the youth of our area and invests a deep interest in higher education.  This year Lone Star Ag Credit will honor four graduating seniors from area high schools by awarding a $2,500 scholarship to the college or university of which they have been admitted.

On behalf of Lone Star Ag Credit’s Board of Directors and CEO, Daron Gates, we are pleased to announce the following recipients: Haylee Click of Dublin who will attend Hardin Simmons University; Emma Halfman of Highland Village who will attend Tarleton State University; Scott Landers of Cooper who will attend Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and Kylie Mills of Weatherford who will attend Texas Tech University.
